💵 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At The Tramo, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option to provide a reliable and secure shopping experience while minimizing fake or non-serious orders.

✅ What is Partial COD?

Partial COD means you pay a small part of your order total online in advance, and pay the rest in cash upon delivery.

💡 How It Works:

  • When you visit our website, you agree to all of our policies automatically by using the site.

  • When you click the “Place Order” button, your payment method will either be:

    • Partial COD (advance online + balance in cash), or

    • Full online payment, depending on product eligibility and our system’s recommendation.

Example:
If the product costs ₹1,000 and Partial COD is applied:

  • You pay ₹100 online as a non-refundable advance(10% as a Advance)

  • You pay the remaining ₹900 in cash when the product is delivered(Balance 90% when the product is delivered to you)

❗ Important Note:

⚠️ The advance amount (e.g., ₹100) is strictly non-refundable once paid — even if you cancel the order after placing it or after it is shipped.

📌 Terms & Conditions:

  • The advance is part of the total price — not an extra fee.

  • Full COD (without advance) is not available for first-time or high-demand orders.

  • Orders refused at delivery will be marked ineligible for future COD purchases.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you accept and understand this policy.
